Milan Pole Dance Studio April Showcase – 4/1/21
This will be my second year capturing the girls over at Milan Pole Dance Studio, down in Wynwood Miami.
Silvia Grossman is the talented, creative coordinator behind these yearly showcases, and the owner of the studio – where she instructs dozens of performers, athletes, and flexticians.
This year, a dozen or so girls each got to exhibit their specific style of “pole” along with family and friends.
When asked, Kim, one of Silvia’s clients says: “I fell in love with the sport about 6 years ago because everyday it challenges me beyond my limits. It forces me to lose my fears. As an onstage performer, it is always a challenge to put on a show. Dancing, for me, is still new, so I find it helps bridge skill and strength gaps. Many of which I still have not mastered!”.
Kim is also a singer and performer who exhibited tonight.
I had the pleasure of meeting many of the girls and acquired plenty of contacts for future projects that may require their aerial expertise.
